Pilates basics + MELT Method*
Start your day off on the right (and left) foot! Finding healthy movement is all about a balance between posture and stability, which requires both strength and freedom of movement. The Pilates basics will help you work on the building blocks of posture to help you find your stable center. And MELT Method will help you release areas of tension that accumulate throughout your body.
(*This class requires that you have access to a MELT Method Roller and MELT Method Balls.)

MELT Method*
This class exclusively focuses on restoring fascial health using MELT Method exercises. Fascia is the tissue that gives form and support to all the other elements of your body. There is so much of it, of course it deserves it’s own class! Each session we will work through the whole body, but we will also delve more deeply into particular regions or patterns. This modality will benefit all the other everyday and performance movements you do.
